Procedure Checklist:

• Inspect thermostat operation
• Clean or replace 1" filter (excludes 1/2 sizes)
• Measure temperature difference
• Clean condenser coil
• Inspect evaporator coil
• Inspect and adjust air flow
• Inspect all electrical connections
• Inspect amp raw and voltage
• Check refrigerant charge
• Inspect and clean condensate drain and pan
• Apply protective coating to condensing unit
• Inspect all capacitors
• Inspect contactor
• Inspect compressor terminals
• Inspect AC disconnect
