Received a recommendation of FLORALA from a co-worker when I was asking around for a TRUSTWORTHY company to service my air-conditioning unit and fix some duct work issues I know I have had needed to take care of for quite some time. Joe came out to do the initial service and consult on what needed to be done with the duct work. Expecting the worst (of course), Joe offered several solutions — many of which I consider "cost-reducing" solutions.
